Shipping Time

We process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days.
*In the case of pre-sold products, shipping will take longer. The tentative schedule for shipping is mentioned on the product page for these pieces, and we will also send you an email with your order to indicate the shipping time.

Delivery Time

All orders typically take 7-12 business days (all days except Sundays and public holidays) for delivery within the United States from the date of purchase.

*All estimated delivery dates are calculated based on average manufacturing times and your selected shipping method, and do not account for delays caused by vendor service disruptions and/or weather delays.

Shipping Carrier

We ship using FEDEX or USPS. Please allow additional delivery time if shipping to APOs, FPOs, PO boxes or remote locations.

2. Log in to 17track web: https://www.17track.net/en enter your tracking number, then click the “TRACK” button, the tracking information will show.

*NOTE: If the parcel is still under preparation, then the tracking information won’t show, please wait 1-3 days.
